How does delivery work?+
We ship within the US only: $18 flat, two-day tracked shipping, free on orders of $200 or more. You’ll see the exact number in your cart before checkout. We send it once your payment clears, in plain, unbranded outer packaging.
When will it arrive?+
Two-day shipping, and checkout shows your arrival window. Orders go out Monday–Thursday; if everything’s on hand and you order by 5:45pm PT, it usually goes out the same day, otherwise the next shipping day. Friday–Sunday orders go out Monday. If something has to come in from our supplier first, add one business day.
Are your products really lab tested?+
Yes. Everything we sell is third-party tested, and the lab testing behind it is commissioned by our supplier. We don’t sell anything below 99% purity, and the certificate of analysis for your batch is available on request with your order number. More on our standards page.
Can I get the certificate of analysis for my order?+
Always. Email us your order number and we’ll reply with the COA for your batch.
What’s your return policy?+
If anything arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we’ll replace it or refund you, your choice. We can’t accept returns of intact vials once shipped.That’s for safety: once a vial leaves us, we can’t verify how it was stored or handled, so returned product is never resold.
Are these products for human use?+
No. Everything we sell is for laboratory research use only, not for human or animal consumption. We won’t tell you a peptide treats, cures, or prevents anything — that hasn’t been established, and honesty about it is the foundation everything else here stands on.
My package hasn’t arrived — what do I do?+
Check the tracking link in your confirmation email first. If tracking has stalled for more than 3 business days or shows delivered but nothing arrived, contact us with your order number and we’ll chase it down and make it right.
Do you restock sold-out formulas?+
Yes. A restock usually takes about a week, two weeks at most. Join the list at the bottom of the homepage and you’ll hear about restocks and new formulas first.
